Our care packages are free for a perinatal loss Mama. Only requirement is that the Mom had to have gone through a miscarriage, stillbirth, and/or infant loss (up to 12 months). If you are hoping to receive more than one care package, please use the link to make a donation to receive additional care packages. Care Package - Option A
This is a crewneck sweatshirt with all of your babies names on it, including the ones who died too soon. This option has Mama on the neckline and your babies names on the sleeve.

This is a crewneck sweatshirt with all of your babies names on it, including the ones who died too soon. This option has Mama on the front chest area and your babies names below it.

Mateo's Mark will be providing need-based assistance to local perinatal loss families. Families can apply for assistance and if approved, our team will send a payment directly to the business.
Requirements of application:
-Experienced a pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or infant death
-Demonstrates a clear financial need
-Resides in Delaware county
