Where do I sign up/purchase merchandise for this event?

Where can I pick up my t-shirt?

T-shirts ordered ahead of time by the cut off date can be picked

up the morning of the memorial walk from 9-9:45 a.m.

What does it mean by cash raffle?

We can only accept cash for the raffle tickets. Credit cards

cannot be honored to purchase raffle tickets. Please be prepared to bring cash

with you if you plan to participate in our raffle.

What raffle baskets will you be having?

We have several baskets that will be raffled off the morning of

the walk. Some of those include: Indy 11 Tickets, Indy Fuel Tickets, Amazing

Joe’s Gift Cards, Indiana Fever & Pacers Fan Packs, and so much more!

What if the weather is not sunny?

We will still plan on our memorial walk and raffle happening rain

or shine. If the weather becomes unsafe, we will reschedule and/or cancel. Stay

up to date with weather announcements via our Facebook page and/or website.

How can I become a sponsor?

Where does my donation go?

All donations go towards our mission of Mateo’s Mark to continue

to provide customized care packages for perinatal loss mamas. Our long-term

goal of Mateo’s Mark is to provide financial assistance for pregnancy and

infant loss families when they need to purchase a headstone, urn, cremation,

and funeral costs. Your donation helps us work towards our mission. Your

donation also tells our families who we support that their baby(ies) matter.

Can I still come to the walk even if I don’t participate in the

raffle?

Absolutely! We ask that you sign up so we have a good idea of how

many people to expect. 

Can I still participate even if I can’t be there in person?

Not everyone will be able to attend in person and that's okay. At

this time there are no virtual walk options available.

Do I need to sign-in the day of the walk?

Not at this moment. You should receive a confirmation of your

ticket(s), but at this time we do not plan to scan anyone’s tickets. 

What time does the walk begin?

Our walk will begin at 10 a.m.

Where will the walk be held?

Our event will be held at Morrow’s Meadow in Yorktown,

Indiana. 

The address is: 1901 S Tiger Dr, Yorktown, IN 47396.

What time does the cash raffle begin?

Our cash raffle will run from 9-9:45 a.m. Drawings will begin at

9:45 a.m. The cash raffle will be before the walk.

Can I sign up for the walk the morning of?

Yes, you can sign up for the walk the morning of, but t-shirts

will be unavailable. Sign-up online prior to arriving or a board member can

assist you once you arrive.

Can I purchase a t-shirt the morning of the walk?

No, t-shirt order forms are due by Friday, August 9, 2024.

I can no longer attend the walk, but I already registered. Can I

get a refund for any of the items I ordered?

Unfortunately, no. We appreciate you signing up to attend our walk

and are sad to see that you won’t be able to attend. If you made a donation or

purchase, it will still go towards great use by using it towards our mission.

Can you ship my t-shirt to me?

Unfortunately, no we cannot. Local pick-up the morning of the walk

is when t-shirts will be distributed.

Can I bring my dog to the walk?

We are meeting at a public park, so we cannot say no to dogs.

Please be considerate, however, as there will be a lot of people and small

children. Please have your dog on a leash if you plan to bring them to the

walk. Please also pick-up after your dog if they end up using the bathroom at

the park. Dog bags and trash areas are available throughout the park.
